Our Pinot Grigio is bursting with aromas of lime, apple, and pear balanced with soft floral notes.

(Red) Wallaroo Shiraz

The Wallaroo, (halfway between a wallaby and a kangaroo) is often found in our vineyards in Australia. So much that we gave its name to our wine. Our Wallaroo Trail is a rich and generous red wine with raspberry and plum aromas and soft tannins.

Draft Menu

RED HERRING DRAFT MENU

Picaroons Dooryard Summer Ale ($6.25) (May-Sept)
Our quirky blend of three traditional wheat beer styles gives the palate a refreshing sunny burst of citrus and spice. Picaroons’ commitment to a healthy environment led to the creation of this “Certified Organic” beer
Picaroons Dark & Stormy ($6.25)
This “Certified Organic” ale is a stylistic hybrid of an English brown ale and a German dunkel weizen. It is dark in colour but light in texture, providing all the rich flavours of a stout or porter with the easy drinkability of a wheat beer

Picaroons Best Bitter ($6.25)
A full-bodied, aromatic English-style pale ale. Flavour highlights include notes of caramel upfront, ending with a tangy hop punch

Picaroons Yippee IPA ($6.25)

First brewed in 2006 before the days of this whole IPA craze. The name Yippee IPA actually existed before the beer was ever brewed. An East Coast-style India Pale Ale that weaves hop bitterness and aroma throughout a blanket of malt background.

Picaroons Plaid to the Bone ($6.25)
A Heather Ale, bright golden in color. More sweetness due to the golden promise malt used and has a subtle grassy/ floral finish as a result of the heather tips added during the hop additions. Its a very approachable and refreshing beer

Picaroons Winter Warmer ($6.25) (Nov-April)

Picaroons interpretation of English barley wine is a big, strong hug of a beer. The intense alcoholic warmth sneaks up on the drinker, who is simply enjoying this beverage’s fruity nose, malty sweetness and mahogany hue

Moosehead Pale Ale ($5.25)

The beer that built the brewery. Moosehead Pale Ale was our first beer good enough to be called Moosehead. ‘Moose Red’ as it’s referred to in the Maritimes has a loyal following who appreciate its remarkably smooth, European-influenced taste

Mooselight ($5.25)

Moose Light is a refreshing light lager that’s aged longer for an extremely smooth finish. Its fresh and easy-drinking taste makes it a welcome guest at any get together. Mooseheads emphasis on quality and traditional craftsmanship has made Moose Light a winner at the renowned World Beer Cup.

Clancys Amber Ale ($6.25)

This English-style ale you’ll come to love. Crafty, with a distinct malt aroma, it’ll leave you with a hint of caramel goodness and fleeting bitterness. What else would you expect from such a long-aged ale?

Hopcity HOPBOT IPA ($6.25)

HopBot IPA is programmed with 5 West Coast American hops. HopBot IPA brings out waves of absurd citrus and tropical aroma and flavour. The Citra, Centennial, Mosaic, Summit and Willamette hops are perfectly balanced by a solid malt backbone.
